Multizen Asia Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1993 when our founding members decided to build a creative, flexible and trustworthy food company in Asia that would receive worldwide recognition. After over 30 years of hard work and continuous improvement, Multizen has grown to be one of the most reputable confectionery makers in the world, serving many of the Fortune 500 companies. Furthermore, the Multizen group of companies is providing world-class manufacturing, OEM and ODM solutions to customers around the world. Multizen’s main production facilities are in Nantong (China) and Hong Kong. Together with our offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Japan and the US, we have over 1,000 employees.

World Class Manufacturing Facilities
Our main manufacturing facility is located in Nantong of Jiangsu province in China. With 55,000 sq.m of land, we are one of the largest privately owned confectionery companies in China. Operating on our own land and buildings, we are financially sound to support our customers through good and bad times. (Enough land expansion capacity during good times and without the burden of rent overhead during bad times.) Our factory is ISO-9001, HACCP, ISO-22000 and BRC certified, and we have retained GMP and technical consultants from Australia to help us with continuous improvements. Our factory production is controlled by our SAP-A1 ERP system with batch lot code traceability, and we are practicing LEAN manufacturing as well as 5S.

Our 20,000 sq. ft. factory in Hong Kong is catered towards smaller volume upscale chocolate production and packaging. With full insulation and 24/7 temperature and humidity monitored by automatic cooling control systems, the factory is well positioned to serve our clients that simply cannot afford to have their brands / products being spoiled by high temperature / humidity. We also have -18 Celsius frozen storage as well as defrosting chambers at this facility.

Product Development / Research & Development
A big portion of our business is providing our customers with OEM / ODM services. Thus, our team often starts working with our customers during the initial phase of research and product development. Taking conceptual ideas and turning them into finished products are what we do best. Instead of shying away from technical production challenges, we simply embrace them and view them as a way to innovation and continuous improvement. Product development can be as simple as designing creative packaging to developing a brand new recipe.

Customer Service
We pride ourselves with providing our customers with world class service by understanding customer needs as well as paying attention to details. Our customer service team is fluent in both Chinese and English and is proactive in following up customers’ requests. We place just as much emphasis in problem prevention as well as problem solving. For our key account customers, we have the capability to setup ERP system EDI data interface as well as video conferencing using our polycom systems in both our factory in Nantong as well as our factory and sales office in Hong Kong.
